Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram celebrity was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Though Ashley hasn't been vocal about her parents, she has been credited by her grandfather for the spark that ignited her desire for working out because he was a well-known bodybuilder throughout his 20s and 30s. Ashley was active physically from an early age. She started taking swimming lessons at age four old and continued to do so for another 10 years. While she participated in numerous competitions, Ashley was not committed enough to adhere to a healthy diet that would allow her body to function at the highest level. The theory is that she enjoyed a lot of attention in high school because of her stunning looks and curvy shape. It isn't known whether or not Ashley had a relationship during that time. After she matriculated Ashley decided not to enroll in college and instead pursue her dream of becoming a fitness model. Ashley was 15 years old when she realized that she was not happy with how her body seemed. Her grandpa encouraged her go to the gym. She followed his advice and started with a slow pace. What she didn't know was that she'd spend the next nine years working on her physique eventually becoming an exercise idol. Ashley's win inspired her to enter her first competition in 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, and considered this to be not a good result. This led to Ashley train harder. After winning fifth place at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley made the decision to not compete anymore. Although she had been receiving invitations to shoot photos while competing, Ashley was not keen on her two jobs to get multi-faceted. After she had stopped participating, she decided to turn into fitness models. The magazine featured her on the cover of an acclaimed fitness magazine that instantly started her career as an exercise model, as she was signed by a modeling agency. She has became a much-requested model. She has also posed in a number of bikini- and clothing companies.
